How long does delivery take, are there any costs involved, and until when can I place an order?

  • Can I have a tow bar installed on my lease car by someone else?

    Yes, if you have already purchased a tow bar or prefer to have it installed by another company, that is no problem at all. Just make sure that the installation does not cause any damage to the lease car.

  • Can I have a tow bar fitted to my car?

    Yes, absolutely. The cost for the tow bar and installation will be divided over the duration of your lease contract. The monthly amount will be added to your lease price.

  • How does the delivery of my private lease car work?

    Your private lease car can be delivered to your home or picked up in person. You decide what works best for you.

    Home delivery on the mainland
    If you choose to have your car delivered, a fee of 75 euros will apply. The car can be delivered to any address in the Netherlands, except the Wadden Islands.

    The car will be driven to your address by a delivery driver. This person cannot provide a full explanation of the car’s features. If you have questions about the car, you are always welcome to visit your nearest brand dealer.

    Pick-up
    Prefer to collect your car yourself? That is also possible. Once the car is ready, you will receive a message with the details of the brand dealer where you can pick up your new or used lease car.

    Delivery to the Wadden Islands
    Do you live on one of the Wadden Islands and want your car delivered? No problem. You can choose to pick it up on the mainland for 75 euros and arrange your own ferry crossing. Or we can handle the full delivery for you. Please note that in this case the delivery fee will be slightly higher due to the extra travel time and ferry crossing.

  • How quickly can my private lease car be delivered?

    Delivery time varies depending on the brand and model. On our website, you’ll find the expected delivery time listed for each car. This period starts once your financial approval is completed and the contract is signed.

    Tip: a stock car is usually available quickly. Check our current stock under Private Lease, quick delivery.

  • Will my private lease car be delivered with a full tank of fuel?

    Yes, our private lease cars are delivered with a full tank. Since fuel is no longer included in the delivery costs, part of the fuel cost will be charged to you.

    To help you get on the road with peace of mind, we only charge a portion of the full tank cost, which is 44 euros.
    Are you driving a fully electric car? Then this charge does not apply.

    Please note: if the car is delivered to your home, it may be driven to you over public roads. In that case, the fuel tank may not be completely full upon arrival.
